Supporting Beacon Users

The Beacon helpdesk, which was announced in the previous edition of Beacon News, has been gratefully received by Beacon users who find themselves in a spot of bother.

If you are a Beacon user and you have a problem, issue or query, simply visit or follow the links from the Beacon website.

From there, you can place a request for support by opening a ticket. This means you can easily track your request, and follow up with more information where necessary.

Alternatively, you can browse the training manuals or ask on the forum for a solution to your problem.

A wealth of information is available via the Training section of the site for all Beacon users. This is particularly useful when new group leaders or committee members start to use Beacon for the first time.

All the training materials are based on the comprehensive Beacon User Guide, and on materials sent in by users across the country.
