New Beacon Help Centre

The Beacon team are pleased to announce the Beacon Help Centre. This uses a new helpdesk system with a greater capacity then the existing one and with more features. The new platform also provides a knowledge base and will become the new home for the Beacon training guides.

The specification documents for Beacon 2 have now been added to this site. Each document has its own page and there’s also an index allowing you to browse the documents. The Beacon Upgrade progresses

Despite the Coronavirus crisis work on the Beacon Upgrade is continuing. The rollout has now been postponed until September, but work relating to the upgrade is progressing well, with a key focus at the moment on making the system accessible to all.
APT is continuing to work on the infrastructure required to support Beacon, and the launch of the Beacon Help Centre will bring all Beacon documentation, current and future, into one place.
